My 25 years of experience includes working with adults in the partial care, intensive outpatient and outpatient levels of care. In a comfortable, non-judgmental atmosphere, I work collaboratively with clients to help them improve their coping skills, problem solving skills and increase motivation for change. I support the change process whether it relates to such issues as substance abuse,marital problems, poor communication in the family, depression or anxiety. I offer practical strategies to cope with every day life such as anger management techniques, assertiveness skills training, and communication and relaxation techniques.
