We will work together to find our starting place and make a plan to find a way. I specialize in working with people who struggling with hoarding in both possessions and mind, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD); which might include obsessive thoughts and/or compulsions, and phobias, as well as anxiety. We work together on behavioral change and build Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) exercises that will challenge your beliefs and fears. I offer virtual sessions with individual adults, joined at times by family/friends.
