I offer both brief counseling and longer-term therapy, using a warm and nonjudgmental approach. My role includes supporting clients with increasing overall well-being. This may involve help with responding more effectively to anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, losses, health concerns, or challenges in relationships/work/school. Past issues or traumas that are contributing to current difficulties may also be addressed.
