About
I would love to work with teenager, young adults, adults and older generations to help them navigate through difficult life transitions, anxiety, depression and grief and loss. My ideal client understands that therapy is a journey and is willing to show up for themselves wanting something different and better for themselves. My ideal client is committed to the work and confident they can show up for themselves and be able to see things in a different perspective and try new things that are outside of their comfort zone. Clients will learn a little about me as a clinician, I will learn what their presenting problem is and a bit about their background and what their goals are in seeking therapy in which we can work to make a treatment plan together to achieve those wants, desires and goals.
