I am a Trauma, (PTSD) and OCD therapist with over 35 years of experience treating adults. I am passionate in my resolve to help my patients end their suffering from trauma, anxiety and OCD. Often times, these individuals have worked diligently in other types of therapy without achieving symptom relief. In my experience and according to current research, it appears that unresolved memories of trauma, neglect, emotional and/or physical abuse, contribute to underlying causes for chronic depression, emotional or physical pain. I take pride on being up to date on the current mind-body focus on overall wellness
