Many of my clients are navigating trauma, relationship stress, or life transitions. They may feel stuck in old patterns, disconnected from themselves or their partners, or unsure how to move forward. I work with individuals and couples to rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, and heal from painful experiences. My clients seek clarity, emotional safety, and meaningful change. They value a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where they can explore intimacy, grow in self-awareness, and feel more empowered in their relationships and overall well-being. As a Clinical Counselor Candidate under LCPC supervision, I bring a unique blend clinical training, a PhD in Health Behavior, 20+ years of research, and certifications in sexology and relationship coaching. I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach rooted in CBT, CPT, DBT, and attachment models, incorporating somatic and mindfulness strategies.
