The process of finding a therapist can be overwhelming. It is difficult know who could be a good match for you based on a brief profile or a photograph. Beyond this profile, I am here to answer any questions that you may have. My therapeutic approach is informed by my work as a faculty member at Boston University School of Medicine. I define my style as a balance of support, challenge, warmth, and authenticity. I believe in creating a safe place where clients can express their vulnerabilities and share their difficult stories in a space that is free of judgment.
