As a counselor, I am drawn to clients ready to engage in meaningful self-exploration, even when that journey feels difficult or uncertain. My ideal client doesn’t have everything figured out. They may feel lost, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, but are willing to show up and are open to growth, even if that starts with just a small flicker of hope. Many of my clients have felt unheard or misunderstood in other spaces, and I strive to create a therapeutic environment where they feel seen, validated, and supported.
