As a person of color, a transnational and transracial adoptee, and a member of the queer community, I understand the struggle of trying to find providers who share your identity. The struggle to feel truly seen and understood. My goal as a therapist is to not only help you feel seen, but to partner with you on your journey to fully see yourself. Therapy is self-discovery. It is an opportunity to lean into our strengths, process hard things, open ourselves up to new perspectives, and embrace the fullness of who we are.
