I am passionate about helping people push past barriers such as trauma , anxiety or depression that are preventing them from living their fullest life. Many times life's traumas create lifelong negative beliefs that hold people back from how they want to live. I specialize in working with people to help them remove traumatic barriers and create long lasting change in their relationships, careers and life satisfaction. I am dually licensed as a marital and family therapist and use a systemic approach in my treatment of individuals and couples. As a Certified EMDR therapist, I have advanced training in trauma therapy and EMDR which is an evidence based practice in treating many trauma related issues for patients. I also build on a client's resources to enhance functioning in a variety of areas including sports, job and test taking performance.
