I integrate various therapeutic modalities based on your needs, drawing largely from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness and neurobiological perspectives. I specialize in relationship issues, anxiety, and EMDR Therapy. EMDR is highly effective at treating PTSD, and can also be applied to other issues such as anxiety, panic attacks, disordered eating, low self-esteem and dysfunctional relationships. EMDR can help you resolve past trauma, negative patterns, stress and anxiety.
