I have 30+ years of experience helping clients who are experiencing difficulty with life challenges. Whether it is a temporary period of crisis or unbalance due to personal growth, or an ongoing difficulty with anxiety or depression, I am able to help. My approach is collaborative and client centered. Together, we define goals of therapy based on the client's values and individual qualities and unique experiences, seeking desired outcomes through information sharing, education, therapy tools and therapeutic exercises. We will develop strategies to best manage the circumstances identified.
