I'm Laurie and would love to help you take your next step forward. Life is unpredictable. It's scary, but part of you IS ready to heal and you can build on that. My style is compassionate and collaborative. We start with safety, work through pain, then to freedom to take charge of your life. Maybe you're dealing with anxiety, life adjustments, low self-worth, trauma, grief, burnout, imposter syndrome, and/or chronic pain/illnesses. These are my areas of focus, and I use Brainspotting, somatic healing, expressive arts, and more. Therapy can be heavy; however creativity, fun, and play are very important to healing.
