I am a licensed mental health counselor with 20 years of experience in child development and psychology. I specialize in trauma-informed and person-centered therapy. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your preferred way of being. I have been practicing as a counselor working with individuals facing trauma, depression and anxiety. As a LGBTQ+ ally, I am committed to fostering an inclusive and affirming environment. In addition to traditional therapy, I am also a Certified Animal Assisted Therapy Professional. In the future, I hope to incorporate Animal Assisted Psychotherapy (AAP) into my practice. AAP blends the comfort of animal companionship with goal-oriented therapy, helping with emotional regulation, motivation, and overall well-being.
