After 25 years as a therapist, along with my own life experiences, I’ve learned one thing for certain - we are all faced with pain and challenges that can lead to growth and change. But we can also get stuck. Life is challenging, requiring us to face things we want to avoid because those very things are uncomfortable & or painful. I believe humans have an innate desire to grow and flourish with challenges, but this desire gets buried for numerous reasons. Together in a safe therapeutic relationship, I believe I can help you feel less alone, rediscover your innate goodness , increase psychological flexibility, & feel better.
