I bring more than 20 years experience to helping you with your mental health and substance use recovery, to regain your sense of balance and purpose. I believe in helping you to recognize and use your strengths, skills and talents to feel better. A mindfulness practitioner, I strongly believe in listening, inquiring, encouraging, and compassion to help you find and follow a gentler path through life with the strategies and approaches that work best for you. I provide individual therapy to adults struggling with mood disorders, substance use recovery, grief/loss, and perinatal mental health.
