I’m Lauryn, a therapist who works with families, children, teenagers, and adults who feel may feel anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or feel trapped in unhelpful patterns that do not serve them. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in practical, evidence-based strategies that help you create meaningful change. I work with my clients on becoming the best version of themselves, as well as making them feel comfortable, and free to open up with their issues without judgment.
