I am a mental health counselor licensed in the state of Massachusetts and have served in the mental health field since 2009. At Sanative Counseling and Wellness, I work primarily with adults who are facing anxiety, season-of-life issues, relationship concerns (family or otherwise), difficulty with mood management, and struggles with self-esteem and direction. I believe we are all on a journey and that each of us can benefit from engaging in therapy, whether in seasons of despair or as ongoing self-care. Welcoming another person into one’s healing process takes courage and vulnerability.
