Lauryn Gatschet earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is Board-Certified in Neurofeedback. Her goal is to help clients reach their goals whether they are seeking greater self- awareness, struggles with anxiety or depression, or wanting to grow deeper within themselves. Lauryn is passionate about serving people of all ages through talk therapy and neurofeedback. She utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach to meet the client where they are at and walk through their difficult journey together. Each individual who is seeking counseling comes with their own set of beliefs and values. Therapy should be a place that reflects and honors these differences, thus each session should be tailored to that individual. Utilizing a combination of evidence-based approaches, Lauryn always strives to put the client’s needs and goals at the center for the therapeutic process.
