I am a passionate, empathetic, and person-centered therapist working with children, teens, young adults, and adults. I incorporate play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to support emotional growth, skill-building, and lasting change.
