I often remind clients that “what you resist, persists.” Rather than avoiding pain or discomfort, I help clients gently explore and understand it as a natural part of life, often a launching point for growth. I work with individuals of any age, with a special passion for children, adolescents/teens, & young adults. I bring over 4 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual, developmental, & learning disabilities, as well as those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, & family relationship concerns.
