I'm a licensed clinical psychologist in practice on the Upper West Side for 25 years. I specialize in individual and couples therapy and see adults of all ages. I work collaboratively and actively with my clients. The process of therapy includes recognizing patterns in ways of relating to others and in making choices that interfere with feeling satisfied and well. We will look at how those patterns developed as well as how to identify new choices and paths that don't contribute to impairment in mood, relationships, or work.
