I specialize in supporting couples manage the stressors of everyday life and work through their most challenging issues and individuals going through a major shift in life, including break-ups. I use an approach to therapy rooted in family systems, cognitive therapy, and a social justice orientation. I graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in Sociology and from UPENN with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. I look forward to connecting.
