I believe that healing begins with safety. My first priority is creating a space where you feel respected, understood, and supported. I focus on helping clients meet their basic needs and build a foundation of trust in the therapeutic relationship. I view therapy as a partnership — you are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to walk beside you as we work toward your goals. I also bring warmth and humor to my sessions, because I believe that laughter can be just as healing as insight. I obtained my Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in social work. I am a lifelong Arkansan and identify as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
