I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor working with adolescents and adults on personal growth and emotional balance. I specialize in supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, peer struggles, identity concerns, substance misuse, and family conflict. I offer affirming support to women navigating biological and emotional transitions, as well as individuals exploring gender transitions. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and tailored to where you are—without judgment. Together, we will work towards meaningful change. I am deeply passionate about guiding individuals on their personal journeys. Through attentive listening and thoughtful discussion, we work together to identify challenges, set meaningful goals, and make progress toward achieving them.
