I am passionate about working with trans and queer adults, neurodivergent folks, plurality/DID, and chronic illness and disability. I love holding space for people who feel like they are "too much." My favorite type of work is long term therapy focused on identity exploration, living with complex trauma, and finding joy. Many of my clients are in the process of deconstructing deep internalized shame, and want support in taking up unapologetic space and navigating authentic connections. I also really enjoy working with marginalized folks who work in non-profit or first responder settings.
