The decision to seek counseling is the first step to self care. I specialize in providing a safe, judgement free environment that allows individuals to approach any topic including intimacy and feeling overwhelmed by life's responsibilities. My mission is to help women transform their personal and relationship challenges into opportunities for growth. Nearly 25 years ago, I began my counseling career working with families and adolescents in a variety of settings. Today my practice focuses on women and older adolescents who struggle with issues such as grief, relationships, divorce, depression, anxiety, stress, motivation, self-esteem, sexual identity, or who simply feel "stuck.
