They may be struggling with trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, or substance use, and need a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their emotions. I never pressure anyone, but encourage self-awareness and tackling trauma head-on, helping clients move forward at their own pace with compassion and support. I specialize in helping teens, adults, and couples work through depression, trauma, anxiety, substance use, and relationship challenges. I’m trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 2 and certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy ART. I offer a supportive, authentic space to heal and grow in a way that feels true to you.
