Life is full of challenges, but they give us the opportunity to grow in new ways and discover our inner strengths. I am a focused listener and strive to create a safe and healing environment, but I am also a very interactive therapist who provides direct feedback and uses a variety of interpersonally-oriented therapeutic approaches. In addition to working with individuals, I enjoy working with couples, families and groups. These modalities allow us to work on relational issues in a different way than can be achieved through individual therapy alone.
