At a time when it seems everyone is chasing the next best thing, presence of spirit and mind can feel like an impossible state of being. Hi, I'm Laya. My goal is to help you move from surviving to thriving. We will trek through your highs and lows and we’ll laugh along the way to help you dig deep and discover how to tap into the wellspring of healing resources you have within yourself. My clients will tell you that I am practical, grounded and a good listener.
