I focus on providing a safe space for clients to explore and understand their experiences to guide toward our natural voice: intuition. My hope is to support clients in re-establishing and/or developing trust with themselves. I practice through a multiculturally competent, trauma-informed lens while listening to and learning from my clients. We all can grow through open conversation and open-mindedness. Some areas I have experience in include trauma/trauma-related disorders, eating disorders, anxiety/mood disorders, and substance use.
