I believe that everyone has an inner "Self" that is geared towards growth and on a deep level knows what they need. We go through periods in our lives where we can feel stuck and may lose trust in ourselves. This can leave us feeling anxious, depressed, disconnected from ourselves and the people around us. By creating a safe and empathic space, I work with my clients to gain awareness of any unconscious mechanisms that get in the way of personal growth and the freedom to be themselves.
