About
Do you ever feel a heaviness without knowing why? Doing everything “right” but never quite feeling like it’s enough. Caught in worry loops that leave you drained, over-preparing for the worst, or frozen by racing thoughts? I have been there. I know how draining it is to carry so much while still questioning your path. I also know therapy isn’t just about listening. My approach is active and collaborative, offering tools, talk, and somatic practices to help you release old lenses and create a life that feels authentic, grounded, and fully your own. I am a Persian American, neurodivergent therapist who understands the intersections of identity. With a background in eating disorders and couples therapy, I believe therapy isn’t just about listening, it’s active and collaborative. Together we use talk therapy, yoga, breath work, and tools to help you reconnect with you and strengthen your sense of self.
