Life is an ocean voyage; however, the seas are not always calm. When the storms rage, we are tossed back and forth, the skies get dark, the ground seems unstable beneath us and it seems the storm will never end. When we fear the storms of life are going to overtake us, it is nice to have someone to partner with on the journey who can help us navigate through the storm to reach calm seas. I would like to be your partner on the journey through life's storms. I believe that it is our thoughts that determine how we respond and how successful we are at moving past the storm to clear skies. Together we will address the dysfunctional thinking and behaving patterns that prevent us from getting what we want out of life.
