As a therapist born and raised in NYC and a graduate of Columbia University School of Social Work, I am deeply committed to creating a comforting, affirming space where you can truly be yourself. My approach centers on self-compassion, helping you meet your challenges with kindness rather than judgment—a practice that is especially healing for those navigating trauma or the pressures of high-achieving environments. As a Black, queer therapist, I am especially passionate about supporting BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ clients—those whose stories and identities are often overlooked or misunderstood.
