“Sick and Tired of being sick and Tired?” Let’s talk it out. I am a practical, interactive, cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapist and Certified Coach. My treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. I incorporate a blend of conventional and alternatives approaches. With sensitivity and compassion, I work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.
