I work with both adolescents and adults who are beginning therapy amidst a life transition, grief/loss, adjustment to parenthood, parenting challenges, school challenges, anxiety, loneliness, depression or trauma. I have extensive experience supporting caregivers and parents of children with special needs, additional training in infant & early childhood mental health, and am a trained facilitator of Circle of Security Parenting. Strong families can come in many different configurations, and I welcome the opportunity to work with single and LGBTQ+ caregivers.
