I love helping clients seek their better selfs. I focus on providing a safe and secure space for my clients. I strive to create a space to allow clients to be their authentic self. With working with children, I understands that the outside world gives rules. I seek to help increase awareness and understanding of the impulsive decisions without judgment while also exploring their impact on an individual’s life. With adults I specialize in depression, anxiety, childhood trauma and life transitions.
