I see therapy as getting a haircut, changing your tires or going to the gym - it is maintenance like anything else. Counseling allows you to optimize your experience - feelings, thoughts, brain in a way that best support YOU. My goal is to support you in healing, gaining clarity, clearing obstacles and limitations and assist you in living your life authentically. I believe that we are meant to navigate life through using our support system and our resources. No one has all the answers, but we can try and find them together!
