I have been practicing therapy for over 15 years helping people work through problems ranging from anxiety and depression to problems with relationships and work life balance. I try to provide each client with an environment where they feel safe and supported, to explore the parts of themselves that they are struggling with the most, hopefully to walk away with some tools and a path forward.
