Hi there, I'm Lea! Over the past 23 years, I've enjoyed working with individual adults, adolescents, couples, and families seeking tools to overcome challenges. I provide a non-judgmental, empathetic, and supportive space for individuals to grow. I have an integrated style of theories in counseling such as CBT, Mindfulness, Trauma Focused, Solution Focused, Narrative, and Family Systems Theory. I believe the intervention should match the client versus "one size fits all." I believe real therapeutic change happens outside of the therapy session, so I often provide feedback and assign homework to practice between appointments.
