Therapy should be something we grow to look forward to- the connection, the insight, the growth, and the support. At its core, it is a relationship in which you feel safe, cared for, seen, and validated. From there, I believe you can tackle whatever it is you show up for! It inspires me that growth and change continue through the entire life cycle, to our final days. I enjoy walking alongside clients struggling with the aging process, their relationships, their boundaries and self worth, and tender childhood wounds. I operate from an attachment oriented and interpersonal neurobiological approach.
