I genuinely care about working with others who are striving to find a sense of wholeness and connection. I work with individuals and couples who might be struggling to reach resolution, accept themselves, create genuine connection, or find internal peace of mind. I am partial to using an attachment and emotionally focused based approach with clients. However, depending on their situation, I'm more than happy to make adjustments as needed. My services include helping couples get out of their cycle, finding one's authentic self, adjustment issues, and grief counseling.
