Many of my clients feel unhappy in their daily lives and seek me out to help them feel better. This looks very different for different people. It could mean they need help overcoming a past traumatic event, issues with their partners, or other family members, are feeling unhappy at work, or are feeling the effects of an oppressive or racist systems. My clients are often working through issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma and/or difficult life circumstances.
