I’m a clinical intern offering reduced-rate therapy in a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I work with individuals of all ages and have a growing passion for supporting people navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-care, and self-awareness—especially college-aged individuals who are juggling big changes and expectations. My work is grounded in a mindfulness-based approach, integrating Person-Centered Therapy, DBT, and CBT, with Reiki available as an optional offering to support lasting healing.
