I integrate effective, solution-focused approaches to therapy for anxiety, depression, ADHD & behavioral addictions, and in marriage, teen & family counseling and coaching. My style is direct & interactive. For almost 30 years, I've helped scores of patients & clients. Modalities include EFT ("tapping') for anxiety, EMDR for trauma, and hypnotherapy for behavioral changes. I facilitate "Active Listening" communication skills for couples and families.
