Welcome! I'm glad you're here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who helps adults move through anxiety, depression, and complicated family dynamics with more clarity, confidence, and calm. I know life doesn't come with a manual, and sometimes it helps to have someone walk alongside you while you figure things out. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by your relationships, navigating a life transition, or simply feeling lost, you don't have to go it alone. I'd be honored to support you. The first session is a "get to know you" session, where we will go over some of your background and what brought you to seeking counseling. We will begin identifying what changes you want to see and setting goals centered on those changes.
