Welcome. I approach this work with curiosity, hope, and deep respect for what lies beneath the surface. I support pre-teens, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma responses, people-pleasing, the impact of neurodivergence, parenting struggles, and attachment wounds. My work with adolescents also includes facing emotional regulation challenges, family conflict, and school stress. Together, we explore patterns with compassion and create space for growth and connection. My style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming lens. I draw from emotionally focused therapy, somatic and nervous system exploration, and family systems to support insight, connection, and resilience. I aim to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
