Hi there! I am passionate about working with adults in all of the various stages of their lives. I have an eclectic group of specialities, but I find I work the most with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, life transitions (becoming a parent, divorce, turning a certain age, change in careers, etc), depression, post- pandemic stress/anxiety/trauma, self-esteem concerns, overwhelming stress, and much more.
