I aim to create a safe and affirming environment for clients to feel supported in exploring past and present experiences. I deeply values the vulnerability of my clients, and seek to build a therapeutic relationship that is founded in collaboration, trust, and empathy. I believe in each client’s innate strengths, and I am interested in identifying and working through barriers to better understand the narratives we often have about ourselves. I work collaboratively to help clients rework these stories to fully honor who they want to be. My training and life experiences shape my practice.
